New Profile Screen

Use this screen to create an insurance company claim office profile.

Description of fields on the screen

Field Label	Description
Name	This field is available when creating a repair facility profile.
Copy data from existing claim office	This option is available when creating a new claim office or repair facility profile. Selecting this option allows you to copy profile data from another claim office profile.
Next	Select this option to save the information and moves to the next screen.
Cancel	Selecting this option closes the screen without saving.
